This review is not about the rooms and stay. We had a short halt for Breakfast during a trip on this route. We had buffet breakfast and it was amazing. Clean washrooms. The small and kids play area is well maintained and enhances the views. Have ample parking space.

Arpita from the restaurant gave us superb customer service experience. She made sure our needs were catered to all throughout our day. She served us with a big smile, always enthusiastic, and very positive vibe. The whole hotel staff gave us a great customer service experience. Restaurant manager was awesome as well. Good quality food.

Considering this is managed by ITC, my experience was below expectations. First of all, I think the staff needs a lot of training in communication, being pleasant and hospitable and come across as more enthusiastic and energetic. The restaurant was ok, but the food quality was mediocre at best. The low level staff were sincere and trying to help, however, the middle management as well as the front desk came across as cold and not caring. I did have a couple of issues with housekeeping, but that was less important than the overall feeling of being welcome. It is not worth the price being charged - I'd even gladly pay a little more for better service, attitude and hey even some smiles!
