Beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms which were modern and clean. The hotel its self is in large grounds, we hired bikes on the street outside the hotel and just parked them on our porch which was good for getting about. The hotel does feel like quite a trip from the port, we walked it with suitcases and it took about 35 minutes, but there is the option to get a horse taxi also which wouldn’t take too long. There are lots of bars and restaurants near the hotel with great sunset views so you won’t be short of places to eat. The breakfast in the hotel was good and varied. You can also hire snorkelling equipment from the hotel too. We spent time by the pool which was nice and relaxing.
We had a perfect stay at Jambuluwuk Oceano Gili Trawangan! Everything exceeded our expectations — from the amazing beachfront location to the beautiful and spacious rooms. The hotel is very well maintained, with lush gardens and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it ideal for relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, with great options for every taste. The pool area is fantastic, and being right on the beach made our experience even more special. We truly loved everything about this place and will definitely return. 5 stars without hesitation — highly recommended!
Beautiful hotel and really friendly staff. The rooms were super clean and huge! Nice comfy big bed. The breakfast was nice. Food at the restaurant was okay, not amazing, but there are plenty of other options close by to try. The second pool at the back of the hotel was beautiful BUT had a very bad smell coming from somewhere, the drains i think. Also the pool bar was never manned, so can’t get drinks or food when by the pool. We came as a couple, it’s a very child friendly hotel, which is fine but would suggest to make the back pool adults only and the front one specifically for children, just a suggestion.. Throughout our visit what really stood out were the super friendly restaurant and front of house staff, especially Yen, he was so friendly and always polite and smiling every time we saw him.
