Nice hotel. Strategic location. Staff need to be improved, especially on the front door. But overall still ok.
The receptionist, named Doharma, was really helpful. She upgraded my room for free. I really enjoyed staying here. Will definitely come back here everytime I go to Medan
Really good value for money, great massage services associated, food & drink menu for room service very limited. Strange way of taking a deposit on credit card. Good laundry services.
