This hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and authenticity. Everything is thoughtfully presented, with refined touches that never feel forced or showy. There’s a natural charm in the way the space is styled—welcoming, tasteful, and calm. The staff truly stand out. Every person I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, creating a sense of ease from the moment I arrived. The amenities are excellent, well-chosen, high quality, and clearly maintained with care. My suite was a highlight: beautifully designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, yet still managing to feel effortlessly stylish. It’s the kind of place that makes it easy to relax and feel looked after. The gardens are another standout feature—beautifully manicured, filled with lush, varied foliage, and clearly tended to daily. They add a peaceful, natural element to the stay and invite you to linger outdoors. The hotel also offers a range of experiences. I chose to go horse riding, which was an unforgettable highlight—riding along the beach at sunset was truly special. There’s also a good variety of spa treatments available, including massages and reiki, for deeper relaxation. The gym is well equipped and ideal if you want to keep up your routine while away. In all, a memorable and high-quality stay that I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place is heaven on Earth! Having been at many hotels, this is by far the best during our trip to Bali. The hotel was built with the guest in mind and have thought of everything. Wall plugs that fits all, drinkable filtered water straight from tap, separate toilet, indoor and outdoor shower, ckean pool, comfortable bed and extreme friendliness from staff everywhere, etc. Yoga, bikes, and access to the library were excellent, morning breakfast was abundant and wonderful. My wife and I LOVED this hotel. The meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness and service was clear. We stayed in the canopy suites and they were such a unique accommodation. The breakfast and food were lovely and using the private cinema room made us feel like a million dollars. Big thank you to Padma and all the other ladies at the spa. We would highly recommend this hotel. If you stay here check out some of the excursions they have. We thoroughly enjoyed all the ones we did!
