Alghero Appartamento Nereidi sul mare Attico con incredibile vista e verande per 8 persone

This is a gem of a hotel. We stayed for three nights in the past two weeks. When we arrived we got upgraded to a gorgeous sea view room with a wrap around balcony. The room was great and the pool was just what we needed. There is a lovely beach across the way but we didn’t use it as we had everything we needed by the pool. The location is great and the fact that they put on a complementary bus to the town is above and beyond. We did, however, walk down most evenings and it’s a lovely stroll with great views and some nice bars to stop at for a cocktail. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The receptionists, the bar staff, most of the lifeguards have all been amazing. They are so polite and helpful and always have a smile on their face. The manager is also a lovely woman who takes the time to be on site and chat to customers. We had a lovely chat about Switzerland and Ireland and names at the counter while I was waiting for a drink. This is a great hotel and very good value for money, I’d highly recommend.

The people, service, location and food were excellent. Angelo and Denise provided great service at the bar. The front desk staff welcomed us with a smile and were consistent with their hospitality throughout our stay.. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels and beds neatly made daily. We will be back definitely. Salute to Hotel Calabona!!!

Nice hotel with great little private beach. The breakfast is well worth the €15 and is never too crowded. Rooms a bit pricey for what they are. Great beach bar next door for lunch with amazing views.
