We recently returned and it's already a bit melancholy. A truly beautiful and comfortable facility, perfect for families and young people alike! The reception staff were welcoming and extremely kind, always smiling and ready to provide any information you might need. The cleaning staff were top-notch, thank you! The kitchen and dining room staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was good and plentiful, served buffet style. The shuttle service was available even though the beach is just steps away, a truly pleasant walk. The pool was lovely, with a very functional bar right in the center! The beach service was also nothing to write home about. The resort manager was a delightful person, extremely kind and cordial, always smiling, and available to everyone with immense humility and professionalism. Last but not least, the "MUCHMORE" staff: incredibly talented, extremely polite, kind, and incredibly friendly, they made our holiday even more enjoyable without being excessive or intrusive. We spent a week at the resort with our family, consisting of two adults and a 13-year-old girl. I must say we were absolutely thrilled with the hospitality and professionalism of the entertainers, led by Marco, a great man who guided the group with passion and dedication. The team consisted of Andrea, the perfect partner, followed by Alessio, Alex, God, Elena, Michele, Francesco, Maria, Roberto, and the girls from the mini club. The entertainers demonstrated unparalleled skill and helpfulness, organizing activities and games that engaged all of us, young and old alike. Their expertise and passion made every moment of our stay a unique and unforgettable experience. They were always available without ever being intrusive. The final show put on by the kids was sublime and the real icing on the cake, the perfect ending to a holiday that will remain in our hearts. The pool is large and was the highlight of the resort, impeccable and always clean, with a very alert and attentive lifeguard who ensured everyone's safety. However, the resort's overall facilities were not as well maintained. Unfortunately, the village's weakest point was the food: the dishes were of poor quality and not always appetizing. We had hoped for more attention to the quality of the meals. Despite this negative aspect, our overall experience was extremely positive, thanks in large part to the skill and kindness of the entertainers. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a resort where they can spend a fun and relaxing family vacation.
