Grand Hotel Impero Wellness & Exclusive SPA

The hotel is in a beautiful and truly picturesque setting. Inside the hotel is elegant and well tended. They have a nice bar, a comfortable seating area to enjoy an aperitif or a relaxing after dinner drink. The breakfast and dining area is spacious and welcoming. Although we didn't use the spa, it seemed perfect for relaxing and taking a break from the outside world. There is also massage and other well being options to enjoy. The hotel is pet friendly. There is free parking available on site. The staff are very friendly. We would like to thank Victor in particular, who made us feel very welcome and gave us suggestions of places of interest to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a unforgettable experience.

The services are OK, but basic, nothing special to be remembered. Breakfast is very basic, I would really expect more salty options in a 4* hotel, the hotel doesn't have a pool for the guests (just SPA services that need to be paid separately) and even drinking water in the room is charged. The rooms are very clean and the receptionist was very kind offering us many info about the surroundings, so these are plus to be considered. I cannot say anything about the quality - price ratio, as we've used a gift box. Overall the hotel is in the average range and, depending on the price, may be a good option for who's travelling in the area.
