Just returned from a 4 night stay in this hotel - Rebecca at the front desk was awesome! She was very helpful with not only answering our questions for the hotel and grounds, but she went above and beyond to assist our group in calling a large taxi (David) who was equally as great as she. The hotel itself was very clean. Despite its remote location, it was the perfect spot for the purpose of our trip which included a wedding at the hotel.
This was an excellent hotel for a wedding nothing was too much we had dinner the first evening excellent the wedding was superb the manager and his staff were excellent customer service was 5***** breakfast was well set out coffee was hot and excellent as i sell coffee I would know .there was place for the children to play and the gardens were beautiful . They gave us coffee before we left at 4 in the morning carpark was gated and no access without reception excellent idea nice hotel to explore from on day trips 5***** to all the staff a job well done every one still talks about this Hotel and the lovely time we had there lovely safe family Hotel well done Italy
This hotel is in a very calm place in Castelpetroso, Italy. I went for a wedding, and coincidentally, there was another one the same day. The hotel was fully booked for the week, and even if it was, I felt like I was the only one there.
