Excellent hotel for a stay before heading to airport or a business stay. It’s a small family owned boutique hotel with exceptional service. Rooms are very carefully thought out with lots of storage. Very clean. It’s built well too, not like the chain hotels near airports where everything is cookie cutter and flimsy. Save your hotel chain points for another time and enjoy this lovely hotel, supporting a lovely local family and their wonderful business.

We spent one night here before flying back to Canada. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on patio furniture on the nice balcony outside of it as well. The breakfast was the best we had during our two week Italy trip. It was fantastic and the young lady serving it was very friendly and kind. We highly recommend staying here.

When in need of a stay near FCO… STAY HERE! It’s a family owned and operated and it’s amazing! Great service, personalized attention, breakfast especially prepared just for you. The entire stay is wonderful. We were treated like royalty!
