Absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Nola - Naples Vulcano Buono! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to the receptionists Annarta and Francesco, as well as the lovely young lady who checked us in—all were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The housekeeping staff were also fantastic—our room was spotless every day and always well-stocked. The bar area was a great place to relax in the evenings, and a big shoutout to Anna at the bar who was extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast staff need more training and food was not there. when i asked for omelette they asked extra money for it which is new for me staying at IHG hotels Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere!
Took 3rd attempt to actually get into my room. First 2 times card did not work, then given a different room. Toilet dripped loud enough that it disturbed me. Informed reception they couldn't help as maintenance team had gone home for the day. Had meal in restaurant and came nothing at all like photo from menu. Stringy horrible beef. Sent back to chef. Breakfast great, spacious. Wouldn't choose to stay here again. If I must for business meeting location then I will.
HORRIBLE Stay ! Very noisy hotel and rude employees and manager. I’m in business trip and I could not sleep in the entire stay. Super loud music late night. And the night where I should have most rest, I was stroked with an event in middle of lobby. Blocking the access to main areas, super LOUD music in middle of night over 150 dBs inside my room. The manager was walking on the hall way and asked me if I would change the room !! After a week of traveling and hard work , now I have to change the room and move all my stuff. I highly not recommend this place. I usually stayed in Hiltons and Marriott’s but was stuck with IHG in this nasty place. I’ll never use this idiotic chain that has no consideration of the guest nor their well being
