Best Western Mirage Hotel Fiera

Grand hotel rooms with very good hospitality from the staff. Very quiet location. Preferably for those who want isolation from the city. Only drawback is that there is no bus or train station or restaurants or supermarkets nearby. But if you have your car or prefer taxi it's really a great location.

Large room and bathroom. Very clean. Updated fixtures. AC was nice and cool with in room temperature control. Our "smoking" room didn't smell smokey at all (and I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke). We booked 2x of the 3person rooms. Very Slight mildew just starting to form in a few spots on shower grout, everything else was flawless. 2pillows per bed (but they were flat, not as lofty as we prefer). Work desk and plenty of extra floor space. High ceilings. The extra space felt quite luxurious. Very spacious, free parking garage! High roof, transit Van fit no problem. Free WiFi, tabletop Power outlet, bedside lamps and bright ceiling lighting. Definitely a new family favorite.

They accepted my request for a non-smoking room when I booked, but upon arrival, they informed me they could only offer a smoking room. (This was a very unpleasant experience to sty in this room) The breakfast was also disappointing, as there was no buffet option !!! . Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
