Absolutely incredible stay! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The boat ride arranged directly from the hotel was magical, and I especially loved the fun water slide, such a unique touch! The spa was beautiful and relaxing, and the views of Lake Lugano from all over the property were just breathtaking. I was also so impressed by the number and quality of restaurants on site. Every meal was amazing, and it was so convenient to have so many great options without leaving the property. What really made it special was the staff, they were so kind, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout my stay. The entire experience felt so luxurious and well curated. I’m already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Aria. Quiet, private and peaceful. Lovely staff and the best suite we stayed in all of Italy. Amazing unspoilt views of Lake Lugano. The breakfasts were incredible. The in-room dining and Muse restaurant portion steak sizes at times were very small leaving us hungry but that’s a minor detail. I really wish they would consider changing the minimum age from 16 to 12 years old for the restaurant and pool.

La Musa restaurant was exceptional – every detail, from the attentive service to the beautifully crafted dishes, was outstanding. The spa was incredible and the surroundings felt like the perfect haven to relax and admire. Would definitely recommend ARIA Retreat & SPA to anyone looking for a luxury escape in Italy!
