Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amista

Three of my colleagues and i stayed at the art hotel for 5 nights. And of behalf of our group i would like to share our experience: That was our second time staying at that beautiful place! Very good location if one wants to relax and enjoy the quietness of the area! Beautifully maintained garden areas, amazing interior - you simply walk and see ART everywhere ! The real Treasure in this hotel though, is the Astonishing Staff ! And i would like to mention few of them , that went above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying every minute! Huge « Thank You! » to Vitaly who drove us back and forth from/to the centre of Verona and was always on time, very kind and a true professional ! « Thank you! » goes to Sàvatore who spoiled us at the Bar each time we paid a visit, providing amazing drinks, professional service and great company! « Thank you! » goes to Andrea and Nicola who are amazing people, answering all our questions, and even blessing us with a great friendly positive energy ! Masters of their craft ! Many thanks to housekeeping and the rest of the team! True professionals, is what makes this place GREAT!

wonderful. the entry to the hotel is just astonishing. the gardens are very well maintained and super impressive. the rooms are abit outdated, and not alligned with the overall luxury experience of the property, but clean and comfortable. the best part of the hotel, is the outdoor pool, which is just magnificent. loved the drinks and cocktail selection.

If it was a 3 star hotel I would give an higher score… but it is not. Apart from the great art collection all the rest was a shame. Rooms with no maintenance, old bath/shower. Spa was closed and no one told us at booking. Bar was always unattended. Michelin star restaurant not at standard. No service in general. Staff was friendly and helpful and they give us a discount at check out (nice). Maybe in high season with swimming pool and spa open could be a different experience.
