From the moment we arrived, the service at this resort was nothing short of exceptional—truly the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, remembered our names, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Everything was well worth it—every dollar, every minute. The resort itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and radiates the vibrant charm of Jamaica. The rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. Now, let’s talk about the food—unreal! Every meal was bursting with flavor, from fresh tropical fruits at breakfast to the most mouthwatering jerk chicken and seafood dishes I’ve ever had. Each restaurant on the property offered something unique and delicious. I was genuinely excited for every meal! The whole trip felt like paradise. Relaxing, fun, indulgent—just fantastic in every way. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re thinking about going, stop thinking and book it. You won’t regret a single moment!

This place was okay, but obviously could’ve gone somewhere else. Every time we were done at a restaurant, the workers would ask for a Google review. When I did one, the worker was hovering over me like a hawk and pressing my phone for me as well. Some workers were nicer than others, but that’s something everyone comes across in their day-to-day lives. The rooms were good at first glance, but some of the lights weren’t working and we had a light that could only turn on by turning the fan off. Some rooms I could see large cracks of light in their door and made me worry for their own safety. Maintenance was very quick to act though. There were many cats on the resort but I would advise to not pet them as they may be sick. Some do scratch. I would say that this place had many activities that were ran well by the “POP” and they keep the resorts reputation well. Dont be afraid to volunteer for activities!
