Located just 2 mins walk from the closest underground station. Staffs were helpful as they always tried to respond to our requests during our 1 week stay. Sento was top notch. Also provide weighing scales
The staff is very friendly and does their utmost to provide assistance. Communication in English is effortless. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A staff member named 四元gave us a lot of help. Additionally, a gentleman at the front desk called a taxi for us and guided us to the taxi stand. If we come to Fukuoka again, we would choose to stay here again.
The rooms and the building are very clean, and you can use the spa to relieve the fatigue of the day. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Tenjin City and Canal City. I also recommand the ramen restaurant near the hotel.
