The place and the neighborhood is absolutely comfortable and homey. It is spacious, well equipped, and clean. I love the traditional Japanese style with wooden furniture, tatami, and garden outside the floor to glass wall. There are also nice tea and cold drinks in the room which are soothing after a long journey! The staff are very very helpful and nice. Will come back when I visit the area next time!
A very unique experience, we stayed in the Annexe building and cannot speak highly enough of our experience. The rooms are renovated authentic old merchants houses converted to top quality hotel accommodation with all amenities included. We had the best time and would thoroughly recommend them.
We went in april and it was a bit cold in the room, but with the AC on it was nice. The bath was also very nice. We were with four in one room, where there were two beds and two futons. Location is great, everything is in a walkable distance. The food was also very good.
