Very pleasant hotel, fantastic location. And the views... OMG. Fuji views, city views, sea views. Especially from the upper floors.
It's quiet, locatio isn't that good, need to cross the street. No wifi in the room and no one answering the call at front desk.
The hotel was in a very convenient location less than 2 minutes of walking to the station however the rooms were kinda dirty the carpet in my room had a lot of stains the bathroom was dirty especially the bathtub the pillows were so uncomfortable and the WiFi was slow and it didn’t work all the time but overall was an okey stay but the location was definitely the best thing that the hotel could offer
