Great central location by Yokohama station and huge Joinus mall underground. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and bed was super comfy and soft. Bathroom has full sized tub, separate shower and tons of counter space. AC worked well and didn’t blow directly on you. Most of the restaurants were expensive and I wouldn’t recommend the SeaWind. Disappointed the pool and gym cost extra so didn’t use those services. Would definitely stay here again.
Room is spacious and comfy the downside is i prefer a bright lit room. Great breakfast especially the honey baked ham is delicious. Easy access to trains, subway, malls via hotel lift B1. There is one bus stop outside of hotel lobby to visit Yokohama outlet mall - Bus stop 22. Need to look out for the timing and dates. The hotel staff and google map provide wrong information on the bus stop. Overall the hotel staff are friendly and provide good services.
The chief of vantage of this property is its location right next to the main Yokohama station and also next to a dozen subway and local train lines. (You will need to take a metro seven or eight stops to a Shinkansen station..) The rooms are small with only 6 inch clearance on one side of the bed. However, the rooms are well equipped, and the housekeeping is perfect. The breakfast buffet is expensive with only limited western options. A particular annoyance was that the Sheraton branded fitness and pool required an extra charge. As these facilities are advertised on the website without noting this ad on fee, this would result in litigation in the states. That said, the pool was Olympic size, bright and clean.
