I had a reat overall experience at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and worth the price, especially given its strategic location right inside a shopping mall and near JB’s customs checkpoint, making it super convenient. 🌟Highlights🌟 Amazing Food Variety– From Chinese to Malay to Indian cuisine, the breakfast spread was impressive! The made-to-order Teh Tarik was a standout—guests get to watch the tea being freshly pulled right in front of them. 🥤 DIY Fresh Juice Corner – Loved the energizing fruit & veggie juice station, where you can customize your own healthy drink! 👏 Exceptional Staff – Mr. Afzan (Floor Manager) was incredibly friendly, even assisting elderly guests with seating and drinks. Mr. Ong (Ambassador) went the extra mile by gathering guest feedback—great initiative! ⚠️ Minor Drawback: 🚗 Parking Can Be Tricky – The narrow passageway to the hotel car park might be challenging for new drivers. I booked the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package through the IHG website and was really happy with my experience. The room was clean and comfortable exactly what you'd expect from a well-run hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety with a generous spread, something for everyone to enjoy. But the real highlight was dinner absolutely delicious! I was honestly impressed by the quality and flavors. I hope I can come back again just for that meal. Service was smooth, and the overall experience left me satisfied and full in the best way. Highly recommend this package if you're staying here.

Great stay with a view! My daughter and I stayed for a night and had a lovely time. Sangeeta at reception was friendly and accommodating to our request for a quiet room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view — plus a sweet handwritten note from housekeeping! We enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Only downside was that room service took almost an hour, and the chicken cutlet was cold and undercooked. Overall, a pleasant stay and we’d come back again!
