Everything was amazing. Big thanks to Viridiana for helping me get flowers, champagne and dessert set up along with decorations for my wife’s birthday. The resort staff was very professional and inviting. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable. The views were beautiful everywhere on the property. The pool and recreation area was always clean and never too crowded with plenty if available seating. The restaurants were all delicious along with room service. Overall, it was a great experience. We are already planning our return trip. Thank you.

The view from our room was beautiful, our room was so comfortable! Enjoyed walking around the resort and exploring the different amenities. Every meme we of the staff was a pleasure to interact with, we enjoyed the food and can’t wait to go back ! Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!!

I am not someone that would normally gripe about things, even in vacations I’m typically one to just go with the flow. I checked in today and have to say I am overall disappointed with the process. Upon check in I was given a room at the main part of the hotel. I was pretty happy about it since I did some research and learned about the other side of the hotel where you have to take golf carts to. I walked all the way to my room opened it up and surprised the guest that was already checked into that room. This seems like something the hotel should have been mortified about. I know that if somebody came barging into my room I would be furious. We walked all the way back to the desk and I gave the bellman $5 and told them to “raise hell” for me but no one seemed to care. Instead they put me in a room far away (golf cart land) and several flights of stairs. I had to pay two different bellman to take me to my room and now have to pay every time I want to leave my room. On top of that, when I got to my new room the sink was full of dirty dishes and the room just wasn’t cleaned very well by the staff. I probably should have complained but just didn’t feel like trekking through the sun again and paying for another ride to the front desk. Later I went to the sushi restaurant and the waiter told me that I had credit to my room so I decided to splurge on a bottle of sake. Halfway through the meal the manager came and explained that I did not have credit. I wasn’t mad about it but didn’t have my credit card on me. I asked if I could pay in cash but they didn’t take cash. I asked if I could come back to pay tomorrow but the manager said I had to pay tonight. This means I had to pay again for a golf cart round trip to go get my credit card. The staff is friendly and pleasant and I want to tip them but I’ve already tipped $50 going back and forth to various locations for reasons that the hotel should take care of. I’m seriously considering just staying in my room for the rest of my stay here to not have to deal with the hassle of all of this…
