Hospitality at its finest. Wow. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and went out of their way to deliver excellent service. The hotel is brand new and the details are beautiful. Love the floor to ceiling windows in the room, so you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise view of the park and jacaranda trees. Great complimentary breakfast. Bed very comfortable, sheets crisp, and bathroom very clean. Really appreciated the glass bottle drinking water in the rooms. Byredo amenities a nice touch and rain shower had good water pressure. Only thing that could be better was the toilet water pressure inside the room (very slow to flush, sometimes took a few flushes to drain). Will be back. Thank you.

The service in the hotel was perfect. The team working at the bar is amazing, especially Sergio. The room really spacious and comfy The water pressure great The breakfast delicious as well Only bad thing is that our room had some issues with A/C, it was a bit hard to keep the room fresh (but nothing too bad)

We stayed here for two nights. The showers would not drain. The toilets would not flush. For both nights we were given the bathroom and shower in the gym to use. These plumbing issues you can confirm in other reviews. Compensation from manager, by way of front desk employee, was for a free ride to the airport ($25 USD value on $1,200.00 USD hotel stay). We were staying longer in the city and wanted to try this hotel before committing long term so although I’m sure the cab driver (no hotel car) would have taken us across the park to our new hotel we did not take the free cab. At this point the charge has been disputed with the credit card company. The manager will not email or return phone calls - at any time and well before charge needed to be disputed. The rest of the staff were excellent and did their best to accommodate but unfortunately are stuck under terrible, terrible management. Refer to pictures of hotel room being cleaned at midnight because of overflowing shower basin when used on the first night and for fun, see screenshot of the feedback from the friend who recommended hotel had about massage services there. Also notice exterior glass cannot been seen out of in the morning sun due to its dirtiness. Housekeeping staff did say there is a consistent issue with the plumbing in at least four rooms. Beyond me why they continue to rent these rooms, knowing there is a problem, without having them fixed. Avoid rooms 11-00 - 11-04 and check your plumbing before accepting a room! Hotel did put the small bit of disappointment I was going to allow it in the couple of days we were there by knowing they were not going to make a bad situation right. Unfortunately the hotel now epitomizes, to me, ‘something so beautiful actually being so dreadfully ugly’.
