Vidanta Sea Garden Nuevo Vallarta

Great value for what you pay. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. While the hotel isn't "modern", the rooms are clean and comfortable and everything is meticulously maintained. For those used to the Vidanta experience, this place checks most of the boxes (no kitchens in our rooms), with great access to the local Nuevo options that are so hard to reach from the other Vidanta hotels.

The hotel is everything what you would expect from a hotel, it's not too big but it has all you need, there also also ton of activities like ping pong or bingo to spend your time, I actually liked to play with the activities organizers such as Fanny, Emilio and Isaac, who where very active and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time I requested housekeeping to clean our room and bring new towels. I went downstairs to the pool for a few hours and when I returned, $300 were missing from my purse. I informed the manager Armando and he was extremely rude and incompetent. A search of the room was conducted and they made a mess in the room. They searched all of our belongings acting like we hid the money. They told us that it was our fault for not using the lockbox. I informed him that nobody should’ve been going through our stuff to begin with regardless of the lock box usage. We are paying customers. The investigation was completely useless and no compensation or apology was given. Overall it was a very bad experience. I will not be returning. The staff is disrespectful, incompetent, and thieves!!!
