From the moment we landed in Cancun, everything was smooth and stress-free. Our host took care of our luggage and arranged private transportation—our driver was fantastic and even had drinks and snacks for the kids! Check-in was quick, and we were welcomed with drinks for both adults and kids. Our oceanfront room was incredible—highly recommend the oceanfront pool deck level for direct access to the pool and bar. Our kids loved the playroom and all the character meet-and-greets right from the start. The shows, activities, and water park were amazing—our kids had the best time ever! Service was truly 5-star throughout. The food was decent, but the overall experience more than made up for it. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this resort for families!

Our entire trip has been AMAZING. THE STAFF WAS GREAT, the hotel was clean, activities and character meets were not busy and allowed us time to enjoy. We did the pizza time with the ninja turtles and that was our favorite thing. The turtles were super interactive And the kids got to enjoy their time with them. Luis was the best! Would definitely recommend it!!! We will definitely be traveling back.

Great for kids! Humberto provides excellent service at bikini bottom for lunch! We dined here every day and he introduced us to several delicious drinks and gave many options. Great service! Clean; totally geared toward kids. The ONLY negative was the beach condition, loads of seaweed. But the actual resort was wonderful. Would totally recommend 10/10
