Excellent location! Wonderful staff! Friendly and helpful. By the end of the week , I felt like I made friends I would want to return and visit. The pool staff was top notch! Mel rocks. Jose is awesome. The lady heading bingo and kayak pool activities had a great attitude and made all activities more fun!
Our stay at Hilton Puerto Vallarta All-Inclusive was flawless from start to finish. The property is breathtaking, with spacious, cozy rooms and meticulous attention to detail for a truly relaxing vibe. The beachside service was exceptional. We enjoyed La Luce Italian restaurant, eating there twice during our stay. Eric Esteban, our waiter, did an exceptional job. Every employee on the property, ensured our needs - whether drinks or questions—were met with a warm smile and stellar service, making us feel indulged. They truly elevated our trip! Dining at Coco Mar was a delight, with fresh, flavorful dishes and stunning presentation. Mario’s outstanding service added to the experience. Great value during the off season. Great for families! I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking an all-inclusive escape in Puerto Vallarta.
Had a wonderful family vacation at the Hilton Vallarta! Jose, Edgar and Daniel took wonderful care of us poolside always checked on us and made sure we had what we needed . Our mornings were wonderful at the buffet with Esmeralda, Juan and Pedro, they asked how our day was and knew what we would want to drink! We were a group of 8 from 2 yrs to 72. It is a family friendly resort and mellow everything shuts down around 11 so if you are a night owl then this place is not for you. It was perfect for our group and needs. The beach was beautiful and brought snorkel gear to see some pretty cool fish. The pool is in need of repair but we still had a great time. Everyone who works there was very friendly! The night server at the buffet was so kind and patient with the 2 year old. I just can’t remember his name! I would love to go back! Also Hugo who does activities was amazing! We have been back a week and miss floating in the water and relaxing all day!
