Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Luis Potosi

The room was nice. We really enjoyed the view and the window seat was lovely. We were really upset that the indoor pool wasn't heated as we specifically chose the hotel for a heated pool but the reception said the pump was out of service or something. And neither did the vending machine work. However, the staff was very nice, the room was clean, there's a Starbucks and oxxo within walking distance, the breakfast was good. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we paid $1300 for the night so it was a good price. Next time I'll call to make sure the pool is working

We got to the Hotel about 7pm from driving all day all night from Tampa, Florida. We got to the front desk and Paola and Ximena were there not once did they greet us or even say hello I feel like we were not up to par with there expectations on the way we needed to be dressed to stay at this Hotel because everyone else that was dressed in buisness attire got a greeting. Mind you who is going to look good when driving all day and night in loungewear all we wanted was to freshen up and take a shower since our arrival to check inn Paola and Ximena had the worst attitude from start to finish all I wanted was it to be over and get our room. These ladies never mention at the time of the paper work that we had to pay xtra for my Son and Daughter it was until we came to the room in the bathroom there was only 2 towels usually in all the Hotels we stay at there are always 4 if the room has 2 queen beds since there was only 2 towels I went down stairs to let them know we needed 2 more towels when they asked me how many ppl we had in the room I said 4 they said I needed to pay xtra for 2 more ppl being in the room and thats the only way that I could have 2 more towels because they only give one per person so thats what I did I payed for 2 xtra ppl in the room it took them 15 minutes after paying the xtra fee's to give me 2 more towels because they were just chitchatting away with the laundry lady in front of me until I reminded them I needed the towels agin. This Hotel is by far the worst we have stayed inn for the price and xtra fee’s we could have stayed at a better Hotel with better service.
