Spent 10 nights there, changed 3 rooms and here are the reasons why I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place: 1. The rooms. We changed 3 rooms (first with not working AC, second with bulks on your terrace and 3rd was superior with living room and bed room). It could be ok, but there are a lot of minor problems which in total make your stay not comfortable (dirty plates, very strange place for soap in the bathroom, no kitchen towel, no tea cups - need to ask, broken furniture, sofa like from garbage). First two rooms were very quiet, but the last room (superior) was SO noisy that you feel that you're sleeping outside. 2. The big problem in the first room was that AC is not working. I asked 3 times at reception, and they told me, oh, wait 10, 15 minutes, it would be ok. After 4 hours it was still not ok. They didn’t have available rooms, but promised to move us the next day. It was hot, but we survived. Overpriced for the room without AC😅 3. We had two rooms with terrace but it was very dangerous to be there. One day there was water falling down (like rain, but only at our terrace). Next day the big bulk fell down on the chairs. Luckily I was not outside. When I called at reception, the only thing that they told, oh, we understand that it could be noisy 😅 4. Iron is dirty, spoiled one shirt. Asked for another one, they brought more dirty than previous. Asked again and asked to test it before giving to us. Nope. Did not work also. 5. Fridge. In the morning all products were frozen to ice. Eggs wee cracked. Should put notification that it is big freezer rather than fridge. 6. Personnel. They are very friendly, but not caring at all. I am frequent travel and I understand that there could be some problems, but it is very important how they solve them. Here they smile to you and at the same time give you another dirty iron so you could spoil another shirt) 7. Swimming pool doesn’t work. At all. No information that it is closed on web site and during we booked a room. There is announcement in the elevator, that it is under reconstruction during the March (my stay was in April). But it is the least problem from what we had there, however I think that it is overpriced with not working swimming pool. 8. They have washing machine but you need to buy special coins at reception. When I wanted to wash clothes they told that they don't have any coins and I need to come later :) 9. Location is so so. When there is event on the stadium (it is near to the hotel), roads are closed and it could be trafic jams to get in. What I liked: Bed is comfortable. WiFi is good. Lobby is nicely designed. Overall: I didn't want to stay in this hotel after first day and first room with not working AC, but they refused to return money because booking was done through other site.

If it was possible to give less than one star I would. The basic function of a hotel is to give you a room to sleep. In this hotel it is impossible to sleep. The room is incredibly loud during the night, we have earplugs and are still unable to sleep, the whole night there’s very loud noise coming from the street, there was a lorry parked at the bottom of the hotel making loud noises throughout the night, the windows are not blocking the sound at all. We asked to be moved to another room but they said they don’t have any more The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, otherwise there are plenty of cheaper and nicer options in better locations. When we arrived we were informed that the pool is indefinitely closed. The gym is a sort of a joke, there is one threadmill and one orbitrek and weights up to 5kgs, that’s it. I read in other reviews before coming here that location is great but it isn’t really, it’s 40-50minutes walking to main attractions.
