Vichy Thermalia Spa Hotel Moulay Yacoub

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a perfect environment to relax after a long day. The young and friendly staff added a refreshing touch to the experience – they were always smiling and highly professional, making sure all my needs were met with efficiency and care. One of the highlights of my stay was the thermal spa, where the staff were extremely competent and attentive, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience. Their expertise made a noticeable difference, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Moreover, the peaceful climate of the region greatly contributed to my overall relaxation. Whether it was enjoying the scenic surroundings or simply unwinding at the hotel, the atmosphere was serene and soothing. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, professionalism, and relaxation. I would definitely return and highly recommend it .

We were there for the thermal swimming pool only, staff was kinda rude and absent minded. Pool water is not as hot as the traditional one and doesn't have the original strong sulfuric smell. But it is clean and not crowded. Way better than the traditional bath in the center of Mouly Yakoub village

Good service , overall great experience. Maybe improve climatisation in restaurant area as it gets really hot during summer
