Pickalbatros White Beach Taghazout Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus Ultra All Inclusive

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were the standout feature as being the most welcoming, polite and hospitable staff you’ll ever meet. The grounds and facilities are stunning! I absolutely loved the sofas on the poolside - it was like having your living room outside to lounge comfortably by the many pools. The only downside side was the one bar outside but it was a bother to walk to really…there was a food court too however…food selection in the restaurants changed adequately and you could move between restaurants to select your food at mealtimes - a nice feature! The staff were absolutely gorgeous and went above and beyond to make you feel special - this even extended to the room service where we came back to find the most adorable designs made out of blankets and even our shorts! We loved the thoughtfulness of every member of staff! Another little highlight was the little bakery they have as you arrive in the stunning lobby where you can help yourself anytime of the day! An absolute gem of a hotel that I would definitely return to! Our air con in the room didn’t work but they do have ceiling fans - just make sure you get someone to sort it as it’s a must in that heat! A big thanks to all the team for making it so memorable. You shouldn’t be disappointed.

We had the best stay here, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely could not do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. The facilities were immaculate and were regularly cleaned and updated by various staff during our stay. Our room was beautiful, we had a sea view suite overlooking the sea and the pool - would highly recommend. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The food was excellent in all of the restaurants we ate at in the hotel including the pool snack bar, there was lots of variety and it was regularly checked by staff for hygiene and temperature which was also reassuring. Staff were also accommodating and willing to make something more bespoke, a personal highlight was the fresh pasta bar every evening where you could select your own pasta and create your own sauce, this was then cooked fresh for you by one of the chefs. The drink selection was one of the best we’ve experienced at an all inclusive resort, offering a selection of cocktails, wines and spirits. Staff were also willing to provide service to your sunbeds and dinner table at regular intervals. The service from all food/ drink staff was exceptional. This truly felt like a luxury resort, as a young couple who have high standards and regularly stay at beautiful hotels when we go abroad, this hotel more than deserves its 5 stars, we would be excited to return here. The immediate local area and beach was also very clean, not too busy with lots of opportunities for excursions and activities, which are also bookable directly at the hotel for reasonable prices. Every local we encountered was incredibly friendly and we did not feel unsafe or pressured by individuals offering activities if we declined. We chose to walk the length of the beach (around 3 miles) which is situated next to a newly refurbished walkway which can take you all the way into Taghazout, would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort with my family. It truly offers a luxury experience with excellent food and professional, respectful staff. The calm atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The beachfront was amazing, with plenty of different pools to choose from before heading to the beach. We had an excellent time and I highly recommend it.
