The staffs are very nice. Most of them can speak English as well. Very good location. Room is very clean.

The best 5 star hotel you can stay in Jiangning. I've tried their breakfast buffet and it was amazing, basically you can have all sorts of things you want from full English to Cantonese dim-sum. I strongly recommend you upgrade to lake view rooms, the scenery is worth the extra. The only oddness is that the bathtub is literally none-covered by any furnishing which is really weird.

Overall, the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road is a solid option for travelers looking for convenience and reliability. However, it doesn't quite deliver the "wow" factor and could use some upgrades to match its prime location and brand reputation.
