Such a wonderful hotel! It was my favorite hotel I stayed in in China. They worked really hard to serve us and went above and beyond! They also gave me a fabulous upgrade due to my Platinum status. I would joyfully stay there again. There's also a cute, clean nail place (Salon de Shine) across the street that I highly recommend.
Very comfortable stay. Room was so quiet and spacious. Only thing is the USB charging is soo slow my phone battery only increased 1-2% in 30 mins haha. The adapter plug socket charges way faster. Quite a wide variety for breakfast. Dinner buffet is a luxurious spread !
Fantastic travel experience. Quick and easy check in with the help with Bella at front desk. Easy to switch rooms to an upgraded suite, comfortable and spacious suite that slept 4 comfortably.. We would probably stay there again if we ever return to Haikou.
