Splendid stay! Breathtaking location, luxury and elegant accommodation (Scandinavian style), exceptionally helpful staff and overwhelming calm (with the exception of birds making beautiful noise at Sunrise, thanks God :-)). Kids and animal friendly. Well equipped fitness, sauna, jacuzzi, heated polls in and out, bicycle and boat rentals. Who needs more?

The hotel is very nice and the surroundings are specatular. You can see a beautiful sunset from your rooms window or you may watch it from the nearby lake. If you prefer to visit a spa, swin in a pool, play a tennis or volleyball - the infrastructure is ready. Downsides - rooms are a bit dirty, especially in corners and they are missing some necessary equipment - i.e. there is only one chair in the double room, no other options to seat. Furniture is a cheap wooden one, to look like a rustical one, nohting special. You get a wine and some snack when you enter the room, but the wine is warm, because a refrigerator doesn't cold. Beside that - you have to pay for those items and paying 12 PLN for a small pack of nuts if you paid quite high price for a room is simply unpleasant. This brings us to the point suggested in many other reviews - the value for money you get whey you visit this place may not be as you expect. No card menu in the restaurant while the closest restaurants are 15 km away is an another big drawback. SPA, saunas and pools are available 8-20, so it may be difficult to use a sauna after a long day. Beside that - everything is fine, but considering the promise the hotel gives and price you pay, you may expected more.

This hotel has a gorgeous setting with a lot of potential. Nice rooms, nice pool, nice view. But Wow... Never have we experienced such bad service in our lives. We arrived Friday to find that someone booked the dining area for a private party. We had to eat room service dinner in our rooms!! Saturday evening dinner experience was not much better. Five tables of guests were sitting in the outside garden with the entire staff setting up for the private party. All five tables were ignored - we waited at least 20 minutes and then we all took service into our own hands by collecting our own menus + drinks. Food quality is VERY average. At the end of the meal we were told that the kitchen is closing and had to order desserts. At 9:45PM all staff left. No ability for drinks or coffee. The facility CLEARLY is lacking professional service management. The poor attention to detail continues throughout the property where the lounge areas and other hotel assets are not cleaned or prepared for guests. It pains me to leave a negative review but this place needs to learn how to properly take care of guests before it takes money from guests.
