Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang

Rooms were spacious, huge windows, so the room got plenty of sunlight. The bathroom was also huge compared to the cheaper hotels. Very clean. There was a laundry room up on the 19th floor. The bed was comfortable. The only downside to this hotel is that it's not close to the train station, especially when you have multiple luggages to roll from the airport. It's also not close to the major attractions. Around the vicinity we didn't see convenient stores or restaurants around.

This is m second stay at The Hyatt Place New Taipei hotel. He front desk staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are.modern and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. Location is a little outside of the main hub but given the cost saving compared to a central hotel this isnt an issue.

Location was really bad, all the reviews says it’s close to the MRT station it’s actually not, it’s a 20min walk (if you have luggage), and with no proper pavement for walking, the roads are very industrial and the hotel is next to a parking lot. TBH the apartment buildings next door looks nicer than the Hyatt. We had to wheel our luggage in the rain cos there’s no cover and it’s next to a very busy high way (not residential) so it doesn’t feel safe to walk. If had known this we would’ve called a cab cos there’s whole point of booking this place is it’s right next to the airport MRT. There are 3 lifts and they’re always packed with only 1 lift that stops and the lifts have problems when closing.
