Nice, clean, great looking place with warm, big rooms, and tasty food. Its location is remote and a car is needed to reach the tourist village. Even with heavy snow two days in a row, the road was good to use. The pool needs a lot of TLC as it was unusable at the time of my visit. Cold, murky, dirty and in general simply unusable. Except for the the pool and the backyard there is no on-site attraction to fill the time during winter, so don't expect to be spending too much time indoor.

One of the worst experiences ever. The food is abysmal for a hotel, everything seems to be prepared by a 16 year old drunk teenager with no sense of smell (expensive as well). Decorations are confusing, the place has no identity and most of the utilities are either broken, old or poorly installed. Everything nice about the place is the location (which has nothing to do with the hotel itself). To be honest, this place needs to be avoided at all costs.

Our reserved room was given to someone else! We reserved a room days before our arriving, also in the same day we spoke with them about our room and all seemed fine, but when we arrived, in the evening, the room was given to someone else! The excuse was that... a new employee made the mistake... All seemed fishy... We had to leave and stay in the car until we found another property in the area, as the remained rooms that were showed to us were small and totally different and we think that this is the reason why whoever was in our room wanted it and not the other available rooms. Not even a single 'sorry' from the girls, not an apology... Such a disappointing moment as we drove over 600 km just to stay in their hotel. Plus, when we arrived, at 8 PM, the restaurant was closed. All in all, very poor attitude, not professional, they simply did not care about us as their guests. We shall never return.
