The service at the lobby bar/restaurant is veryyy long and they bring you what you didn't order. The room service on the first day was good but the second night it was horrible I ordered ice cream and they brought me this

Firstly, the receptionists are not attentive enough. They demand to go down to them to explain the problems with the room instead of coming to the place and observe the problem personally. I am 70 years old, by the way. And I had to wait for the administrator for 40 minutes to solve the problem with the cleaning. I left the hotel at 8 am and came back at about 5 pm. My room was not cleaned, no tea, water etc. It was extremely frosty outside those days. (2-5 January) I wanted to take a warm shower and a couple cups of hot tea. Secondly, I had a room for two guests, paid it for two, however the staff took away my second water, tea, and etc.Why? And last but not least. The driver of the transfer miniven was rude and aggressive. He made me take away the 5 littre bottles with the untifreese liquid out. I refused as I had been operated not long ago. As a result, I made my way to the airport with those poisons under my feet with the the terrible leg cramps. Perhaps, you have got responsible people in your staff, however I was not lucky to meet them.
