I had a truly wonderful stay at the Galleria Hotel Jeddah. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Breakfast was a daily highlight , the variety, quality, and attentive service made each morning enjoyable. The Executive Lounge was equally impressive, offering a calm and elegant space with excellent food, drinks, and top-tier service. A special thank you to Mrs. Clavel and Mrs. Letti for their warm and professional hospitality , they truly made my stay feel special. I’d also like to recognize Mr. Saber for his outstanding service and the excellent coffee he prepared with such care and consistency. The reception team was absolutely amazing — always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for the entire experience at the Galleria. I stayed at The Galleria Hotel Jeddah for a three-day business meeting, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked into the breathtaking lobby, with sunlight streaming through the high glass ceiling and elegant fountains all around, I felt I was somewhere truly special. The hospitality was top-notch—the doormen, front desk, banquet coordinators, and restaurant staff were all incredibly professional and kind. A special thank you to Ilham Al-Maliki at the front desk, whose warm reception and helpful attitude made check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. The restaurant experience was a real highlight. The variety and taste of the food were amazing. Special thanks to Chef Ibtisam, a talented Saudi chef whose dishes were full of flavor and heart, and to Chef George, the Executive Chef, for overseeing such an outstanding culinary experience. Also, I deeply appreciated Zainab at the restaurant reception for her warm and welcoming service. I’d also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Nouf and Ms. Hala from the Food & Beverage Management team for their excellent cooperation and support throughout the business meetings. Their attention to detail and commitment to making everything run smoothly did not go unnoticed. Even though I came for business, I left with a memory of true luxury and care. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful lobby area and nice spacious rooms. Quick and easy check-in. We are at the hotel the first night and Sheila and Grace Lee were wonderful. The service was very good and Sheila was super kind, attentive and friendly. They could definitely do with explaining to customers how the buffet works and what is included, as first timers are not aware of this The food at the Kitchen is good and worth the amount you pay with drinks included.
