Novotel Ambassador Seoul Yongsan Seoul Dragon City

I stayed at this hotel for 3nights during my visit to Seoul, and it was such a pleasant experience. The concierge, guest services, and reception staff were all excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. We arrived on an unusually hot day and found that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. The staff handled the situation flawlessly and promptly moved us to room 2656. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. Overall, the service and hospitality made this stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

The hotel and its facilities look upscale, but the quality was very lacking if you look closely. The room was not clean when we arrived. We requested another clean up and pointed out where we found stray hairs on the floor, but the housekeeping missed the same spot. As far as we could tell, they only folded up the toilet papers again. The swimming pool also looked clean from the outside, but the water was cloudy if you looked through under water. It would be helpful if the hotel at least required everyone to take a shower before plunging.

This Novotel Suite Hotel is a part of very huge complex accommodations. They are called by Seoul Dragon City Hotel. They are composed of Novotel Suite, Novotel, Mercure Embasaador, Ibis Style and I stayed in Novotel Suite. It's quite difficult to find the correct booked Hotel but there is a brown-blonde hair staff who inform you of the correct way at the first floor. There are a laundry machine, detergent, a microwave machine, so you can use whenever you want. The around areas of hotel are on going development and it is kind of mood like isolated island. It's quite uncomfortable than other 5grade Hotels of Seoul.
