Amazing staff, who go above and beyond. The food offerings were fantastic especially considering the number of people being catered to. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and the evening entertainment was outstanding. So much thought and attention has been put into the experience and it shows. Lots to do for kids and grown ups, though unfortunately ours preferred to be in the pool! Would highly recommend and we are already planning our next trip
We loved the hotel. We had a perfect vacation! The beach is wonderful, and the children's activities were fun. We loved the party at the Sky Bar! Thank you so much for everything! Thanks to Rafael and Charlie from the bar! We'd like to make a mention to Cristina from the management team. It was a pleasure meeting her. Can not fault this hotel time after time. Staff, service, facilities are perfect. The Iberostar team and family are amazing at making your stay memorable and professional hospitality all the way. Lucas on guest relations was exceptional. The food and service was amazing and the A la carte restaurants did not disappoint. Repeat guest that will keep coming back
