Nice-looking hotel with a crappie experience in it: - a very poor sleep quality as there was something (most probably - air conditioning or extraction unit) rattling throughout the nights. It was going on for about 20-30 minutes roughly every hour or 2 constantly awaking me in my room on the 1st floor. - sound insulation between rooms is also not the strongest feature of this hotel. - for the first time in my overall hotel experience, I have a strong suspicion that the personnel of the hotel didn't changed bedding after a previous guest. Half of my linnen and 2 out of 4 pillows had a strong smell of someone's perfumes. I am a frequent traveller and have never experienced similar things so far. That was disgusting! - so-so breakfast. - so-so location for those who wants more of civilization. The hotel is located just in the middle of an industrial area which was fine for me as I was in a business trip but may be uncomfortable if potential visitors seek for any cultural amenities around. Amongst positives: - appearance of the room which was not bad. - extra accessories like toothpaste, toothbrush and hair comb were provided in the bathroom. Based on my experience, the 4 stars of the official rating had been squeezed into this hotel in a very questionable way.

Another terrible experience. What a joke of a hotel. Again, how on earth did they get four stars? The room quality was dreadful. The stuff is half broken, they surprisingly charge you 30€ a night for your pet, the gym is terrible, the staff is again unwilling to adjust anything. The way they do business here is a joke, a joke of a joke. The TV is from the last century, it does not work properly. I highly recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible. Absolutely disappointed. And expensive. I felt robbed, and wish I could un do the purchase of this mess of a hotel.
