Hotel Roc Illetas & Spa

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely polite & helpful, particularly Marcos at reception. The facilities are incredible, with ocean access, a stunning pool area & and amazing view from the terrace where we enjoyed our delicious buffet breakfast & dinner. Our room was modern, clean & had a lovely ocean view. We also really enjoyed the free yoga which happens 3x a week. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Service was lovely and we were happy with this experience. We want to specifically call out Leo for his outstanding service. Great location with beautiful clean ocean water to swim. Breakfast was yummy with a good variety of options. We were happy with our stay in Suite 1 bedroom however the beds and pillows felt more like a budget hotel. We were originally in another seafront room, in a different building, where we had issues with the aircon intensity, outdated finishes, and had two single beds pushed together which was not ideal for a romantic holiday. Upgrading to the suite was more in line with what we were expecting from the marketing online. The morning sun is great to lay out if you manage to secure a beach chair. This can be very challenging with guests claiming chairs with only a towel and not showing up for a long time. While there are signs that people can't claim beach chairs for longer than 1-hour, this process could be better managed by staff.

The hotel itself is beautiful with it's own private ocean and the water is really nice to swim in. The staff was friendly but it seemed as though they were understaffed. We state in a suite style room and the view was incredible. The one downside was that when we arrived no one helped us with our bags, which was frustrating for the cost of the hotel, or directed us to our room. We were hoping they would explain the hotel a little better when we first got there. Good and relaxing experience overall.
