I always rent the one bedroom penthouse. It's super modern and very private and safe. Very close to the mercadona and the beach not to mention awesome bars and Indian restaurants. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you.

This modern apartment is very nice but needs a few things changing to make it top notch. Squeaky beds are a no no from me. It's missing a full length mirror for the ladies and the Aircon could be colder. Tv remote sadly didn't work properly and couldn't be replaced but the dealing agents are great and did everything they could to rectify any issue. Water and sweets as a welcome pack but not put in fridge and the apartment was hot when we arrived as Aircon wasn't on prior to this. All these small things can make such a big difference. I would happily stay again at one of their apartments.

The management there are animals. They only want your money and don't care about anything else. We book the apartment for 2 weekend days during our trip in Spain but unfortunately the family got infected by Covid-19 while we were in Seville so we could not go. We informed them and asked if we could get even a partial refund as we need to extend our stay to quarantine ourselves where we were at instead of spreading the virus to others - not only to the rest of the family, but also their staffs and the community. Believe it or not, they said "Covid is not a valid reason" and refused to do anything, fully charge our credit card for the 2 nights we had booked immediately. While the apartment may look clean and nice, you wouldn't know what are hidden with as it's managed by such the heartless so-called human.
