B&B Hotel Madrid Aeropuerto T4

Overall a good hotel nearby Madrid airport Room is clear, people are nice And a very big adventage is near the plaza norte 2, it's good for shopping and dining A big supermarket Carrefour is next to the mall But the disadvantage is quite far away from the metro/ commuter train, almost 30mins for walking If you go to the Madrid central city you have to spend lots of times

The hotel it’s just behind a very big shopping center, supermarket, restaurants…, you can find free parking everywhere

I use this hotel because of the price and it's near enough to Madrid. Only €2 on bus to city centre. But the rooms are not kept to a good maintenence standard. So far out of the two rooms I've had - both had broken things - windows, doors and soap dispenser. The staff and company don't seem to want to help when it comes to customer complaints. When I asked for a soap dispenser they couldn't get me one or anything to use. They said they were waiting on maintenence to repair the broken door (into bathroom). For a 4 star hotel, I really expected more. But - it's clean and reasonable price So i will return , maybe the next room will be better.
