Hotel Balneario Font Vella Adults Only

It is a special place, the rooms are clean, the spa is nice when there are not many people, I think they should make less capacity to have a little more privacy, the cleanliness of the very good spa areas, the attention of the unbeatable staff , in the town there are options to eat.

We used to love this place! We have actually visited this hotel in 4 occasions and compared to previous times, we were very disappointed. * Were told spa was included at check in and even not having used it, attempted to charge us for it * Massages were in the cabin next to the Spa reception and it was far too noisy * The smallest room we have even been assigned * Dinner used to be 38€ with a starters buffet + main to choose and dessert, now it is 51€ for a tasting menu and not as good as it was before, plus there are shifts assigned therefore service is much slower * For breakfast, even if going early, long queues at the toaster and hot stuff * Lastly, having mentioned all these at check out, no acknowledgement whatsoever

Spa installation very basic and outdated. No smart tv. Expensive for what it was. It does not deserve the 4 stars hotel rating. We do not recommend.
