The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel Ushuaïa Club entrance included

I celebrated my birthday in style at the Ushuaia Beach Hotel in Ibiza, Spain! My experience was flawless from check in to check out. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was sumptuous and well stocked with a full bar at my disposal. I specifically want to thank Ivinisca who is the lead hostess at The Beach restaurant. She greeted me for breakfast with a glowing smile and unparalleled professionalism. Her pride in her work was apparent. It was an amazing way to start each day of my stay. I reserved a Balinese Bed (200 €) on the beach and the service provided by Dionisco was top teir as well. Dio was attentive and proactive. I never once had to refill my own champagne! My second day on the beach, I used one of the (free for resort guests) sunbeds. Bryant also provided exceptional service and even had the saxophonist play happy birthday to me. The food was amazing at the Unexpected Breakfast and at Minami, the Japanese steakhouse on site. Even the room service was excellent. Finally, the party!! I was the for the opening night of Tomorrowland, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. The vibe was amazing and the atmosphere was electric. I booked a swim out suite on the backside of the resort away from the main pool and party. It was a great option that allowed me to party when I wanted, but also get some rest and relaxation when needed. The only drawback for this resort is the proximity to the airport. It is in the direct flight path and planes take off and land all day and all night. I will say, you do get used to it. But if you are sensitive to that sort of thing be aware. Overall, I had a wonderful stay to celebrate another revolution around the sun. Ushuaia Beach Hotel is a definite recommendation for your next trip to Ibiza.

Came here for my honeymoon 2 years ago and still can't stop talking about it so I thought I ought to write a good review. From the moment we arrived we were treated like absolute royalty. Our room was unbelievable and situated right near the beach. The beach was pristine, the waters were clear and the vibe at the beach club was fantastic. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our private concierge (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name anymore, but if she still works there, I hope she's been promoted a dozen times) took incredible care of us and was always available via WhatsApp for whatever we needed. I've traveled the world and this is the best hotel experience I've ever had in my life. If we're ever back in Ibiza, there's nowhere else we would stay.

Unfair and Disorganized Beach Service Really disappointed with the beach service during our stay. We were told that all the beach beds were full and asked to wait. Fine — except while we were standing there waiting, the staff let another couple (who came after us) go ahead and get beds right in front of us. No explanation, no apology — just ignored us completely. It felt disrespectful and completely disorganized. For a hotel that charges premium rates, I expected at least basic courtesy and fair treatment for guests. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a so-called luxury resort.
