Had an amazing stay at the luxury resort in Princeville on Ao Nang Beach, Thailand. The location is breathtaking, right by the beach, with unforgettable views. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and exude elegance, making the experience truly luxurious. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and world-class hospitality—highly recommended.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were upgraded from a grand deluxe room to a duplex suite upon check-in. The location is great, right in front of the beach, across the road and shops, restaurants, pharmacies nearby. The room was amazing and very neat and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels and bed linens were changed. Swimming pool is great. One star less for the buffet breakfast, which was average. Limited options with almost 50% of the items repeated daily. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Checked in today at 2pm and were quite disappointed. We would honestly prefer staying in a budget hotel with good service over an average hotel with terrible service, this really affected our mood. We had booked the deluxe boutique double bed room, but it was a letdown. Not only is there no lift but the room also had a weak air conditioner. When we raised this with the front desk, we were told the issue with the aircon was already known to them. Yet they still assigned us that room. The engineer did come to check, but the problem wasn’t resolved, it remained warm. To add on, despite speaking to the front staff/receptionist politely, we were met with unprovoked hostility and were even scolded. Our other family members stayed in the family room located in another block and it is so much better. There’s a lift and the room looks newly renovated. A smile, patience, and basic respect go a long way, none of which we received here so far. From the receptionist to their other staff. Definitely not a place we would return to or recommend to anyone expecting a minimum standard of service.
