Wonderful Stay with Exceptionally Welcoming Staff I recently spent a night at this hotel and had a truly great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome — warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and a genuine interest in making my stay comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. What really stood out to me, though, was the hospitality. Starting with the front desk Ms. Luna (Receptionist), Mr.Lee and Mr. You, then housekeeping, or buggy drivers, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. My family and I stayed for five night, but it left a lasting impression. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch service.

We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! The breakfast was super varied and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. Our room was spotless, shiny, and very clean, and the large, comfortable bed gave us an excellent night’s sleep. The location is great, very close to the beach, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. We also loved the happy hour at the pool bar—such a nice touch for relaxing afternoons. A special thanks to Mary at the reception—she was so kind and helpful in every way. We really appreciated her and would definitely love to come back!

Overall comfortable stay with a cute welcome! There are plenty of amenities provided in the room like slippers, robes, extra pillow and toiletries which make you feel all the more at home. The AC works well and the room was nice and comfortably clean. Staff were always kind, helpful and well organised. Easy to communicate and we felt welcomed. Location is great as well and other areas by the beach are easily reachable by foot. Breakfast was lovely, huge selection and tasty. The only negative point was that one can hear a lot from the corridor, and we were often disturbed by other guests who were very loud at times when one would be sleeping (even between 1am-6am). This isn’t the fault of the hotel but just be aware the soundproofing isn’t the best and you may want to bring earplugs in case you have noisy guests in your corridor.
