Citrus Grande Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Citrus Grand Hotel Pattaya! The staff is very good and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious with good variety every day. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing. Comfort-wise, this hotel is the best for everyone — families, couples, or solo travelers. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Stay at Citrus Grande Pattaya! We had a wonderful group experience at Citrus Grande! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was super friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is perfect — close to Walking Street and many local attractions, yet peaceful for a good night’s rest. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and the pool area was clean and relaxing. Special thanks to the hotel team for making our group tour so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for family, couples, or large group stays in Pattaya. Thank you, Citrus Grande!

Disappointed Stay – AC Not Working & Poor Room Conditions I stayed at Citrus Grande Pattaya for 3 days, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working at all. I reported the issue to the staff, who came to check and asked me to wait for it to cool — but nothing changed. After repeated complaints, I was offered a room change, but the new room was not clean or well-maintained. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service and basic comfort like a working AC, especially in the Pattaya heat. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Definitely not worth the price or the discomfort.
