Hotel Kheops

The hotel's location is very good. Food is not very interesting, it is not well managed and very repetitive (rice is all the time present), juice is absent in this hotel, neither in the restaurant nor in the other 4 bars, only a very poor quality one is served at the breakfast. Except the hotel's main restaurant there is no other restaurant or fast food in the hotel, no snacks i mean, so if you miss lunch or dinner you have to go out of the hotel. Servers clearly avoid to say that something is not available in the hotel but instead of that they send you to other bars where you also don't find what u look for, this was a bad thing for me. The hotel is very rich with activities especially for kids, an important number of very kind and energetic animators is present everywhere in the hotel. A good level of security is assured by serious agents in the hotel, I have to mention the lack of cameras in the hotel, where my friend dropped his phone that was stolen buy someone in the bar, agents had nothing to do with such a situation because no one could see who took it. Globally, I can give my stay in this hotel about 6/10

During our recent stay at Hôtel Kheops with my family, we found that the hotel, as well as the food, fell into the average category in all aspects. The overall experience was rather mediocre. One of the main drawbacks was the personnel, who proved to be problematic at times. Instead of promptly addressing our requests, they engaged in lengthy, pseudo-humorous discussions, which was quite frustrating. This lack of efficiency in the service was disappointing. Furthermore, both the ambiance and the interior of the hotel clearly indicated that its glory days are long gone. The outdated decor and worn-out surroundings reflected a time when the hotel may have been more appealing. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. Overall, Hôtel Kheops left us with a feeling of a below-average experience, especially considering the average price we paid. The hotel seems to be operating on a lower standard, lacking the charm and quality that would make it stand out among other options.

At first when i saw all these negative reviews i thought they were over reacting and just been negative ,but apparently they were right. Don't believe the pictures and the information on the websites ,here is the truth: It's all dirty ,a lot of things promised are unavailable ,such as the gym and other stuff and even more things not working in the rooms such as only one electricity plug to use ,and more. The rooms aren't clean ,and the maid didn't clean them until we had to do it ourselves just because we're algerians and she cleaned for the others. The view from the room that we got is basically nowhere and filled with garbage ,literally. The food is bad and the place is filled with cockroaches i even found some on my food. As for the workers they are extremely rude and a lot of times they even refused to service us for no reason ,even tho we were really polite with them. I don't usually bother giving negative reviews ,but this is something else.
