Hotel Pegasos Royal is a beautiful place for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway for couples. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the stunning sandy beach with crystal-clear water. There is also a beach bar where you can refresh yourself with a cold drink at any time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to 🤗Ahmet☺️, a waiter in the restaurant, who was always smiling, attentive, and great with children. Thanks to him, we truly felt at home. The hotel offers plenty of activities – water slides, tennis courts, archery, and many other sports. There’s a kids’ club and an animation team that keeps both children and adults entertained all day long. In the evenings, there are various programs, shows, karaoke nights, and performances for the whole family. There are several swimming pools, so everyone can find their own perfect spot. The cuisine is diverse, with a wide selection of dishes, fresh fruit and vegetables, and delicious cakes and desserts. Overall, our stay at Pegasos Royal was fantastic – excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We will definitely be happy to return.

Pegasos World has been a wonderful experience. We had a 3 year old with us and I was first afraid that he would find it boring but he had so much fun! He loved being in the pool and loved that there was so many children there (even though he didn't really interact with them but just the idea to see other in his size). The beach was lovely for me. The current was a bit strong but there was many lifesavers there and they were really good at their job. There was Bamse Club but my son was more interested in the pool so I can't write anything about that. The food was good. There was a lot of casseroles and I loved it but my husband that is not in to that had problem with the choice of food. There was a few kids dishes but my son ate what I did so for me it was perfect food for him. Ice cream all the time. Such a treat for the children The waiters did an excellent job. They worked really hard and made sure the tables were cleaned as soon as someone left the table and sometimes they even asked if you wanted the drinks to the tables, that was just something they did if they had the time otherwise you need to go to the bar yourself. The wine was not really for me. They only had turkish wine and I am sorry but it was not good. At least the red was not good. I never tried the white one. I bought a bottle but I couldn't drink it since it didn't taste nice. The cleaners did also an amazing job. They all were so friendly and kind. Public relations did also an amazing job. My husband had a little problem with his stomach so they called a taxi (the hotel paid) so I could go to the pharmacy to collect medicine. The transfer was amazing. We chose privat transfer since we had a 3 year old with us so we imagined that the trip from the airport to the hotell would at least take 3 hours if we had to stop at every hotel. Since we traveled with a 3 year old we didn't go out from the hotel. The only bad thing for me was that the gym didn't open until 08. Since I have a 3 year old who wakes me up around 06 every morning I like to do my workout at that time. But having access to a gym is just plus Since I go to bed very early (around 9pm) I was a little bit bothered with the music that was playing outside but I had earplugs so that problem was solved 🥱

Overall a good all-inclusive stay, with a few things to note Stayed here on an all-inclusive holiday. The facilities are good — clean, well-kept, and what you’d expect from a solid 4-star. Food was generally decent for this level, though there’s definitely room for improvement in variety and quality. One important point: be very mindful of restaurant closing times. They don’t mess around. If dinner ends at 9pm, that means you need to be done by then — not just seated. Staff start clearing tables around 8:45, sometimes even earlier, so if you get up to grab a drink or look around, don’t be surprised if your plate is gone when you get back. The latest we managed to stay eating was about 9:20, but that was definitely pushing it. Overall, a decent 4-star experience — just don’t leave your food unattended after 8:45pm.
