The customer service is absolutely amazing from the time you walk through the door. I was given assistance outside of the hotel from the cab with out me requesting. Front desk are very helpful. The food tastes amazing at the restaurant. My waiter was Ekran was kind, did not miss a beat and went above and beyond. Employees are warm and friendly. I wish more hotels had this type of service.
Location - most of the hotels close to the airport are located in the region. It is about 15 minutes from IST. There is nothing around, but the hotels. Staff - front desk staff is fine. Most of them with below the average English, but they are hardworking. Noise Level - most of the time is very quiet, but you can hear your neighbor if they watch TV. Cleanliness - seems to be just ok. On the balcony there was a cigarette and ashes. Very disgusting finding it. Decoration - like expected for this sort of hotel. 0% nice design and 100% practical Lighting - nothing special, but nothing to complain about. AC - works well! WiFi - there is the hotel official WiFi, but it seems doesn’t work, so they share with you access to a parallel network. Works fine. Shower - really, really good shower in terms of volume and temperature. However, the bathroom stinks and this make the experience must worst than should be (maybe it is because my room was in a kind basement floor. Pillow - just ok Bed - fine size, however the blanket seems to be smaller than the mattress, which is bad. Amenities - good quality. Shampoo and body wash finished in the middle of the bath. Spent around 10 minutes trying to contact someone on the front desk, but no one answered my calls. Really bad situation. Breakfast - not tested Croissant - not tested Uniqueness - no uniqueness as expected for this kind of accommodation. Value for Money - although price was very low (as it has to be for this sort of airport hotel), they weren’t able to reach some minimal standards in terms of quality. Almost forgot to mention but I had dinner in their restaurant. Food was good and staff very friendly.
This WAS a good hotel, we have stayed here before a few times and everything WAS great. But the hotel's behavior has recently tarnished all the reputation they have earned in our eyes; they are deceiving their customers. Therefore the rating is one. They deceive their clients: during registration they ask to show the reservation numberand copy the PIN code to manage the reservation, and then, after a couple of days after check-out, they rate 10 and write a review on your behalf. If you see similar text in Booking/whatever, then it is a lie from beginning to end. """I stayed here for a business trip and was very satisfied.
