The location is very convenient, the facilities are of good condition. There's some elements that could have been improved, but overall, a good hotel for a family on vacation. What's very impressive and above our expectations was the staff eagerness to help and resolve any issues ( which we had a couple). A huge shout out for the customer service, Gulzar. She's really good at getting stuff done. Yusuf on the front desk is someone who's passionate about giving you the best service. He's awesome!

My family stayed here as part of the European Sailing Championships. We had a fantastic stay, the hotel is lovely, the staff are great and the pools really good fun for the kids. The staffl looked after us very well. Thank you for wonderful memories!
